Day 3 Durban
Day at leisure till the transfer to Durban International Airport

Pick up at your CPT hotel and transfer to Cape Town Train station
10h30 check in for your Rovos Rail experience
11h00 Depart from platform 23 at Cape Town station and proceed inland via Worcester.
18h00 Upon arrival at Matjiesfontein guests tour this quaint village.

12h00 Upon arrival at Modder River Station near Kimberley we transfer to the historic Kimberley Club for lunch and then take the electric tram from the City centre for a tour of the Big Hole and museum. 16h00 Depart Kimberley.

3 Nights/4 Days Scheduled Tour to Garden Route

Day 1 Cape Town – Oudtshoorn

Leave Cape Town and travel via the Huguenot Mountain Range and tunnel to Worcester, a major wine region. Tour of Kleinplasie, a living open air museum. Lunch at Kleinplasie (not included). Travel to Montagu, home of the world renowned hot water springs.(bath in springs optional). Travel to Oudtshoorn late afternoon.

Day 2 Oudtshoorn
Morning tour of the Cango Caves. Visit Cango Cheetah and Crocodile Ranch. Lunch at Highgate(not included). Tour of Ostrich Ranch.

Day 3 Knysna-Plettenberg Bay
We travel to George, where we board the Outeniqua “Choo-Tjoe” arriving at Knysna at 1230 hrs. Here we see the Knysna Lagoon. We have lunch at the scenic look out point The Heads, Knysna’s portals to the open sea (not included). Go on a Knysna Forest or Nature Walk, travel to Plettenberg Bay

Day 4 Port Elizabeth
Early morning visit the Tsitsikamma National Park. We take a hike to Storms River Mouth and take in the view of the Indian Ocean from the suspension bridge. We return to knysna for lunch(not included). And then a cruise on the Knysna Lagoon aboard the John Benn Ferry. Travel to Port Elizabeth where the tour will end.


Johannesburg – Kruger Park (02 nights/03 Days - Extension)

DAY 01 Johannesburg – Kruger Park
Upon arrival at Johannesburg International Airport. You are met by a representative for a transfer to Kruger Park, The Winkler Hotel.

Hotel The Winkler is only 20 minutes drive to Kruger National Park. The Kruger National Park in South Africa is one of the oldest and largest reserves in Africa. The park boasts a tremendous variety of game and birdlife in its numerous habitats. You should see: elephant, giraffe, zebra, buffalo, warthog, lion, spotted hyenas, baboon, hippo, impala, kudu, vervet monkey, waterbuck, Tsessebe, wildebeest, bushbaby, mongoose, duiker, steenbok, klipspringer, genet, bats. You may see: leopard, wild dog, cheetah, roan antelope, sable antelope, bat-eared fox, rhino, honey badger, porcupine, rhebok, aardvark, aardwolf, civet, caracal, serval, suni. Check in hotel and relax. Dinner at hotel.

    Upon arrival at Johannesburg International Airport. You are met by a Travcare representative for a transfer to Mabula Game Lodge.

    Mabula Game Lodge located in the Limpopo closer to the northern reaches of Kruger National Park is famous for Big Five Safari. Other than game drives you can choose guided bush walks, horse trails, and even hot air balloon safaris, sharing close quarters with the African wildlife. Upon Check in hotel and freshen up. Later in the evening have a boma dinner.

    After an early breakfast, leave for a full day Game Drive. Return to lodge for boma dinner.
