Check in / Out

Check in on flight arrival - checkout before 12.00 noon.

Our Rates do not include:

Visas, Taxes, Passport and POE. Insurance fee.

Meals not mentioned within the programmes.

Personal expenses such as, laundry, international calls, etc.

Tips & gratuities throughout (guides, representatives, restaurants, hotels, cruise etc.)

Any item or service not specifically mentioned.

Payments:

Compact Travels Pvt Ltd accepts no responsibility for the progress of booking the services in case of non-compliance to the following conditions of payment:-

Non Refundable Booking deposit of Rs. 10000 per person (adjustable towards the final tour price) along with names as per Passport.

Full payment must be received 3 weeks prior to departure. For bookings (less than 01 month prior to departure), the payment must be made as soon as the booking is confirmed.

Cancellation:

Cancellation fees (except if otherwise stated in quote)

More than 21 days from departure.	Booking Deposit of Rs. 10000 per person.
20 to 15 days from departure.	50% of tour cost.
14 to 01 day from departure.	75% of tour cost.
No Show.	100% of tour cost.
